I've been following the Slimming World diet for the last few months and what I like most about it, is that's (hardly) any weighing and measuring and there's lots of "free" foods that make staying on track easy, even if you're out and about.
Here are five healthy, Slimming World-friendly lunch ideas.
1. Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry
Ingredients: Lean chicken breast, mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots), garlic, ginger, low-sodium soy sauce, and a splash of rice vinegar. Serve with cauliflower rice.
Syns: Syn-free if cooked without oil or with low-calorie cooking spray.
Why It's Slimming World Friendly: This dish is packed with lean protein and Speed Free Foods (vegetables), keeping it low in calories and high in nutrients.
You can swap the chicken for prawns or a plant-based alternative.
2. Turkey and Sweet Potato Chilli

4. Mediterranean Salad with Grilled Chicken
